【返金】OVERSTANDは、独自の裁量に基づき、クライアントに通知や責任を負うことなく、返金を拒否する権利を保留します。返金要求は個別のケースに基づいて評価されます。クライアントがサービス利用開始後1ヶ月以内に返金を要求した場合、OVERSTANDが制作したすべての資料はOVERSTANDの所有物となり、クライアントの使用は禁止されます。

Service Fees: All fees are included in the price agreed upon between OVERSTAND and client, excluding any bank transaction fees, postal fees or any other fees decided upon at a later date.
Turn Around: Most orders are returned to clients within 1 - 7 days.
Refunds: OVERSTAND reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self discretion and without notice or liability to Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Should Client request a refund during the first month of use, all materials produced by OVERSTAND are owned by OVERSTAND and are prohibited from use by Client.
